How to use Aarogya Setu IVRS on feature phones, landline. call to the number 1921
The IVRS service is available across India. This is a toll-free service, where a feature phone and landline user will need to give a missed call to the number 1921 and will get a call back requesting for inputs regarding their health. The questions asked are aligned with Aarogya Setu app, and based on the responses given by the person. The person will get an SMS indicating their health status and alerts for their health moving forward.
Please note:
* Download Aarogya Setu application or call to 1921 to be made by at least 50% of urban adult population and 20% of adult rural population.
* All high contact sentinels like Healthcare, Police, Security, Delivery, Courier, Pharmacy Personnel Should have the Aarogya Setu application or call 1921.
* Download Potential Hotspots from the dashboard for pre-emptive action.
* Ensure that 100% data for RT-PCR testing is entered through the application.
* Download Bluetooth contact tracing details from the dashboard and take action.
* Update the S3 portal for any changes in the status of the individual.
